How do I know my coffee is fresh?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date so you can track peak flavor.
What does 'Fair Trade' mean for Peace Coffee?
It means we pay above-market prices directly to our farming cooperatives, ensuring sustainable livelihoods for growers and high-quality harvests for our customers.
How should I store my coffee beans?
For maximum freshness, store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the oils and flavor profile.
Do you offer shipping outside of the United States?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. You can also adjust the frequency of your deliveries to match your caffeine needs.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
