At Peace Coffee, we want you to love your brew, but because coffee is a perishable food item, we generally cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right.

Provide Details
For damaged items or quality concerns, please include a photo of the product and the roast date found on the back of the bag.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days to determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Resolution
Once approved, we will ship out your replacement coffee immediately or process a refund to your original payment method.
